  • Acted as a member of organizing committee for 2nd International conference on HYDROLOGY AND WATERSHED MANAGEMENT with a focal theme on Improving Water Productivity in the Agriculture, December 2007.
  • Organized a two day National conference on Watershed Management and Impact of Environmental Changes on Water Resources (WMEC-2007), during 22nd – 23rd Feb 2007 as Coordinator.
  • Associated in “World Water Day” celebrations organized by centre for water resources, IST, JNTU, Hyderabad, on 22nd March 2007.
  • Organized A 3-Day Awareness cum Training Programme on “Rainwater Harvesting and Water Conservation Methodologies” held during 29th -31st March 2007 at Centre for Water Resources, IST, JNTU, Hyderabad as coordinator.
  • Organized a three day International conference on Recent Advances in Design, Development and Operation of Micro Air Vehicles (ICRAMAV 2012) during 10-12 December, 2012 as Coordinator.
  • Organized a Two day National conference on Water, Environment and Society (NCWES-2014) during 30th June – 01st July 2014 as Organizing Secretary.
  • Organized One Day workshop on ACTION FOR RIVER WATER QUALITY IMPROVEMENT on the occasion of International Day of Action for Rivers held on 13th March 2015, Sponsored by TEQIP – II, IST by Centre for Water Resources, IST, JNTU, Hyderabad.
  • Associated in “World Water Day” celebrations organized by Centre for Water Resources, IST, JNTU, Hyderabad, on 22nd March 2015.
  • Organized National level 3-day skill development programme on Soil & Water Assessment Tool(SWAT) modeling held during 06th – 08th July at Centre for Water Resources, IST, JNTU, Hyderabad as coordinator.
  • Organized a 2nd Two day National Conference on Water, Environment and Society (NCWES-2015) during 30th – 31st July 2015 as Convener.
  • Organized a 3rd  National Conference on Water, Environment and Society(NCWES-2016) during 6th -8th  June 2016 as Convener
  • Organized a 4th National Conference on Water, Environment and Society (NCWES-2017) during 16th -18th  March 2017 as Convener.

  • National Conference on “Engineering Trends in the Development of Sustainable Ground Water Sources” during 27th to 28th August, 1997.
  • Workshop on “Watershed Management – Problems and Prospects” in 1998 during 31st August, 1998.
  • A panel discussion on strategy paper prepared by Government of Andhra Pradesh on  “Strategy Paper on Irrigation Development ” during 18th May, 2001.

  • Workshop on “Water Resources Management, Education, Training and Employment Opportunities in the State of A.P” on 9th November, 2004.
  • International workshop on “weather modification and cloud seeding technologies for rain water enhancement-2005” on 27th to 28th January, 2005.

  • Organised a Technical Session on Cloud Aerosol Interaction and Weather Modification Experiments in Asia and Oceania during 5th – 9th July 2010 in the VII Annual Meeting of AOGS held at Hyderabad.
  • Acted as a Sectional Secretary on “Earth, Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences” in the A.P Science Congress and Annual Convention of Andhra Pradesh Akademi of Sciences during 18 – 20th November 2010.
  • Organised One Day Work Shop on “Open Source Satellite Data and Analysis of Ocean and Atmosphere” on 7th April 2011.
  • Conducted “Earth Day Celebrations – 2011” on 23rd April 2011 at CEA&WMT, IST, JNTUH
  • Organised an Expert Lecture on “A Nutrients Time Bomb in the Bay of Bengal” by Ghosh Babba off environment Canada on 13th March, 2013.
  • Organised 4th International Conference on “Hydrology and Watershed Management” with a focal theme on Ecosystem Resilience – Rural and Urban Water Requirements during 29th October – 1st November, 2014.
  • A commemoration meeting was organized on Prof. U. Aswathanarayana, a renowned water resources specialist on the occasion of  World Water Day-20162
  • Organized First Indian National Groundwater Conference (INGWC-2016) during October 5-7, 2016.
